Appointing care providers via PQQ
We are starting on site with 2 new extra care schemes this year (mostly sales and another 2 a year after that....) and will be appointing a care partner via usual PQQ route. My question is how, within the PQQ we measure the compatibility between the housing and care provider?
Cost is one thing, past experience is another but any ideas about how we measure what you might call 'cultural fit' ie do they sign up to what we believe older people should get from their services and their understanding about independent living and enabling etc.
