Assistive Tech specs for Extra Care

Hi all

We are in the process of pulling together specs for a new Extra Care scheme, and I was wondering how people have approached the specs for Assistive Tech? We've got a wish list and want to integrate systems as much as possible, but equally don't want to be stuck with a system which will be rapidly superceeded or difficult to maintain.
