Becoming an RSL

Paul Stanley 28/02/17 General Housing Topics

Hi
We have applied with homes and communities to become a registered social landlord as a for profit company and seem to be meeting a lot of resistance.
Can anyone guide us through this process or suggest an alternative ? We are wanting to house single homeless, ex offenders and ex military in the West Yorkshire area

Many Thanks
Paul

RSL's are not for profit organisations.
We are exempt accommodation providers who work with care providers.
We supply the accommodation only and the care element is provided by the care provider.
Perhaps you should be thinking along those lines.
