Business Continuity/Emergency Planning Extra Care

I wonder if anyone has a specific document for Business Continuity/Emergency Planning for Extra Care, or do you utilise the corporate policy. If you do, would you mind sharing the learning please. We do have one ourselves, which i am currently reviewing and I''m wondering whether we've covered every eventuality and the level of detail and possible scenarios. Thank You
