CSCI and Intermediate/Respite Care
Do you have any experience of CSCI and their desire to register, (home registration not domicillary care), flats that are being used for respite care and/or intermediate care in VSH/Extra Care ?
Or, more importantly : have any of you come to agreement with your local CSCI that such flats/units don;t have to be registered ?

Judith Hi We are operating Intermediate Care and to date no problems re CSCI and registration as Care home. I also visited another development and they too had not encountered any problems. From my discussions it appears that the wording of the rental and home care agreements is important. Barbara Hobbs
