Dementia extra care schemes

Can anyone point me in the direction of a successful 60+ unit dementia only extra care scheme? There is plenty of good practice around design standards but much less that I can find about whether this size of scheme can be successfully implemented.

Have a look at Buckshaw Retirement Village which has a stand alone dementia care unit of 60+ units. Very successful outcomes at this development

Is it not what size will be economical in 5 to 10 years when any scheme will be up and running? Please have a look at the HAPPI report were you can see some of the schemes in Europe as well as the best in the UK.
