Deprivation of Liberty
The Law Commission are currently consulting on deprivation of liberty safeguards.
Sitra, ARCO, HLIN and NHF have organised a half day workshop for housing providers to find out about the current and proposed regimes and the implications for housing this will be held in MANCHESTER on 22/9/15.
