Design in Extra Care Housing
We are currently in the process of designing a new extra care scheme of 75 units, and would like to seek advice from partners who have built, or are in the process of building, extra care schemes higher than 3-storey. What advantages do they offer to residents, have you experienced any problems in letting those on higher floors, etc.

1 of our apartment complexs has 5 levels for 22 units . No problems re sales of units. We would install more than 1 lift, especially for in excess of 70 units. Access to communal rooms important. Plus safety feature re windows and patios. Hope thats of some assistance
