Rockhaven Court, Horwich, Bolton managed by Mc Carthy and Stone and Orrell Lodge in Bootle managed by One Vision took Gold and Silver awards respectively

New category this year was an award sponsored by Keepmoat for Community Services, Runneymede Court in Stockport managed by Equity Housing Group took the Silver award.

Best UK Housing with Care scheme over 100 units the award sponsored by the HLIN was won by West End Village in Stoke managed by Extra Care Charitable Trust, GOLD !
