Electric Vehicle Charging points in Housing Schemes

We are carrying out a programme of remodelling and refurbishing our sheltered housing schemes and are including electric vehicle charging points. I would be interested in finding out, if anyone else has included charging points in their developments, how tenants pay to charge their vehicles and parking arrangements.
