Enhanced Housing Benefit

Good morning

Wondering what your understanding as to EHB. Is it the responsibility of the HP to inform a tenant when they do not meet the criteria of EHB. Example being, due to a change of need that the tenant is assessed wherein they do not require the level of support hours that they received from their support provider at point of entry to their SL accommodation.
