Expressions of interest sought to review and transform homes for older people in the south west. Register by 28 November.

Trower and Hamlins are a housing provider that manages over 2,000 sheltered homes in the south of England. They are seeking innovators that have a track record of transforming older people's housing into modern, desirable accommodation that meets the needs and aspirations of a diverse range of people.

The successful bidder(s) will review their portfolio and present their panel with a plan that maximises the value of their current assets by a process of retention, remodelling or redevelopment.

Closing date for expressions of interest: 28 November.
Closing date for submission of proposals: 19 December.
