Extra Care Housing - Care and Support - Domiciliary Care

I am trying to find examples in which extra care housing is being used as a hub for the provision of domiciliary care out to the surrounding community. Does anyone know of examples where this is happening, or have any comments on what gets in the way of it happening?

Hi, I appreciate this question was asked 18 months ago but I'd be interested if anyone has any examples of this type of use for ECH.
