Extra Care Housing Expression of Interest in North East Lincolnshire

I am seeking interest from registered providers to work with North East Lincolnshire CCG on a new Extra Care Housing scheme we are currently in the process of designing with our preferred developer. I would welcome an opportunity to go through some of the plans we have for the next scheme in NEL and get your feedback on the site and determine your requirements to work with us on such a development.
