Extra Care Housing for 18+

Hello! I am one of the adult social care commissioners in Newham. We are re-commissioning our extra care provision. One of our schemes accepts service users who are over 18 with a minimum of 10 hours care support need. Are there any other schemes who accept service users under 55? I am particularly interested in any in London or other large city. Thank you!

we have just opened a semi Independent unit - for those aged between 16 to 24

Thanks Michelle. We already have a property for the service in Newham so we are not looking for a building. My query was more related to the model of extra care being used by other local authority areas, in particular in mixed age schemes with younger residents.
