Extra Care Leasing
I am currently researching the leasing of Extra Care Housing schemes by local authorities (not residents) e.g. leasing from a developer. There seems to be little information at this time.
Do you have any information or experience of this please?

I have not come across this concept but like you would be interested to know if anyone else has. The issue I would imagine is the LA being able to meet the high costs of development to give the required return to a private developer such as ourselves? It might work in the NFP sector where a longer term view could be taken?
