Extra Care Residents - monitoring of

We are currently reviewing our operational procedures and I write enquiring if any members could share their expertise on the checking of Residents within extra care or similar. For example if a home care client has home care once aday, do you check later that day on the Residents wellbeing. For those within a more traditional warden controlled type unit, do your wardens check daily or more often . Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
