Extra Care Scheme Marketing Material

I work for a local authority in the North East where there are a number of extra care schemes in development. We are in the process of developing marketing material for social workers to share with existing social care clients and I'm after some examples.

I’d be very grateful for any web links to marketing material for extra care schemes, specifically any information targeted at customers with care needs.
