SGC are l are seeking organisations with a proven track record in providing care and support to vulnerable adults including personal care and must be CQC registered and have been assessed as GOOD or above in their last CQC inspection.

Contract Start: 4/9/2017

Contract Length: 60 months + 24

Contract Value: £2.3m
