Extra Care Tender - Trafford, Manchester

I just wanted to share this latest tender opportunity.

Trafford Council is inviting tenders for the provision of Extra Care services at 3 extra care schemes:
~ Lot 1 - Elkin Court: built in 2008, in a partnership between Trafford Housing Trust and Housing 21 includes 12 two-beds and 28 one-bed flats

~ Lot 2 – Newhaven: Trafford Housing Trusts first extra care facility, opened in 2011, and accommodates thirty-eight 1 and 2 bedroom apartments

~ Lot 3 - Fiona Gardens: opened in July 2014; is managed by Trafford Housing Trust and It consists of 71 one and two bedroom apartments.

Contract start: 1/2/2018 on 3 + 1 + 1
