HELP/GUIDANCE SETTING UP A PRIVATE SUPPORTED LIVING ACCOMODATOM

I am a private landlord with a large 5 bedroom house in the South East region on London, which I am looking to used as a support living accomodation and have no knowledge of how to go about it and seek support or advise on how to get set up.

All efforts to get information from the local authority has been dissappointing as either no one seems to know who I need to speak to or they keep taking my number for someone to call me, but no one has ever done so for over 7 weeks now.

I would appreciate any support or mentoring to get me started as soon as possible.
