Can anyone help with examples of local authorities/ providers which encourage/accept housing applications from older people looking for shared ownership/ shared equity sheltered accommodation?

Thanks Wendy.
I will contact Arena Options. Can you suggest any direct contacts at Aena or the local authority? Cath

Thanks to Wendy and others who contacted me with helpful information via the Housing LIN and other forums. I have been able to build up a much more comprehensive picture of local authorities' awareness of and approaches to shared equity and the role they expect providers to play.
There is a clear disconnect between LAs' strategic requirement for affordable housing (which is incorporated in a s106 agreement) and the ability of Registered Providers to take on and/or market units delivered by private developers. Has anyone else detected this?
I will seek my client's permission to share findings following completion of the research. Cath..
