Housing Needs Assessment

Are there any other local authorities carrying out needs assessments specifically for older people, and how are you going about this? If you have or are in the process of doing one do you have any useful contacts? We are keen to develop the assessment to help us progress our planning policy and to assist with a Supplementary Planning Document we are working on.
