Job descriptions
We are once again reviewing our staffing structures /roles in our extra care schemes. I would really appreciate if anyone could send me details of their staffing arrangements, job descriptions and gradings. This query applies to housing staff only ie Scheme Managers, Housing support workers etc , not care staff. Many thanks

Hi Sue
I have attached a copy of the job description for our extra care support assistant. This post is a grade 2 position like our other housing support workers. Scheme managers are grade 3. Hope this is of some help to you.
