Lifetime tenancy - Extra Care

Hi all,

I am the service manager for a couple of extra care units which are relatively new. I was wondering if anyone has any experience or information relating to lifetime tenancies and what the parameters are in terms of how to proceed if any residents are breaching the terms of their tenancy.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
