Living well at home conference

FutureEast, a membership charity is holding a conference in Cambridge on the 19th October. The programme has not been finalised but includes speakers on dementia caring for carers. See attached flyer.

Look East says their seminar programmes provide an opportunity for the statutory and voluntary sector to work alongside older people
to define needs and explore innovative solutions to the challenges faced.
