We are currently undertaking a project for a client on how to make catering pay for itself in Extra Care Housing schemes. Do you have or know of any examples of restaurants in an Extra Care Housing scheme that break-even?

I work at a continuing care in the community complex and manage the busy restaurant and coffee shop. We also have a care home with 42 bed capacity. We cater for a wide range of tastes and demands. Any good ideas are eived gratefully.
