Maternity Cover Opportunity

Coastline are seeking an Operational Business Manager
£40,000 – £45,000 per annum, plus benefits • 37 hours per week
6 – 9 months maternity cover • Based Redruth/Camborne
This is an exciting opportunity to lead operations and management of all services for Homeless and Extra Care. You will be managing an established and experienced team, supporting them to deliver high quality service standards and customer care whilst achieving contractual and financial targets. The ability to maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders is a key success factor, as is the commercial acumen to identify and bid for current and new business opportunities.
You will have previous senior management experience, ideally within the social housing, homeless or care sector and of successfully managing diverse complex needs or social care work-streams. The skills to communicate at all levels and the ability to work in a challenging and pressurised environment are essential, whilst demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and customer service.
The above position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
