Mist Systems

Bolton at Home are looking at installing Mist systems within the properties of our extra care schemes. This is to offer added protection to tenants who would not have the capacity or mobility to leave their property if there was a fire within their home.

We would be interested in hearing from any organisations who have already carried out this work and how they funded the system both capital cost and revenue cost. Can the cost be included as a service charge on the property and is it covered by housing benefit?
