New Extra Care Chester

Good news another extra care scheme opens, offering 131 apartments with extra care facilities for older people aged 55 and over, has opened its doors for the first time.

The Abbot’s Wood development on Northgate Avenue is a partnership between Your Housing Group together with Cheshire West and Chester Council and the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA). The development of one and two bedroom apartments will be available for rent, full sale or shared ownership.
