New rules to put people in control of their care and support needs unveiled in Wales

Major changes to the way people’s needs are assessed to decide if they need a package of care and support in Wales when the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 comes into force in April 2016 have been unveiled by Health and Social Services Minister, Mark Drakeford.
