Older Homeless people

The UK Coalition on Older Homelessness is interested in the extra care model for older people with a history of homelessness and with care needs (see new fact sheet no16 on Housing Lin website). We know Southampton has a scheme for this client group in their vision for extra care. We are interested to hear from any other authorities who are considering putting in a bid taking this client group into account.
