Outcomes, performance indicatiors and benchmarking

Hi,

I am in the process of reviewing our extra care service specification especially with regards to the Care Act and wonder if anyone has already done this and are willing to share?

I am particularly interested in what outcomes have been included and key performance indicators being used to measure performance, effectiveness, efficiency and best value.

Lastly does anyone benchmark their service against others? I would be interested joining in with this or setting up a 'benchmarking club' if there isn't anything especially in the Eastern Region.
