Phase 2 CASSHF announced

Administered by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) (and the Greater London Authority in London), Phase 2 of the Department of Health's CASSH Fund was announced yesterday at the Housing LIN annual conference to a packed audience.

Bidding is now open for up to £120 million of funding under the programme. This will help support affordable housing development and encourage associated private sector housing via mixed tenure schemes. The deadline for submissions is noon, 29 May 2015.
