Private Purchase within Extra Care

We are currently experiencing difficulties due to potential residents of extra care who are awaiting sale of their properties prior to purchasing privately within Extra Care. Our clients are unfortunately caught in the slow moving property market and are unable to move until the sale is completed. In the mean time Social Services incur two costs; for community care packages and block contracts with Extra Care.
