The new Public Health Outcomes Framework was published last week. It introduces an overarching vision for public health, with outcomes to achieve this and the indicators to evidence how well our health is being improved and protected. The accompanying technical requirements, Improving Outcomes and Supporting Transparency makes the welcome link between housing and homelessness and sets out the indicators needed to tackle their associated health inequalities. JSNAs and Health and Wellbeing Boards will play an important part in evidencing improvements and delivering local leadership. But housing must also have an equitable role if it is to be part of the solution. Read more at:
