Reablement / intermediate care provision in extra care

I am currently working with a Registered Provider who is developing extra care accommodation and have agreed that a number of apartments can be used for intermediate care provision. I have worked out costings for initial set up of a two bedroom apartment, and made estimates of annual outlays of an apartment to enable the council to plan the costings into its budget.

Does anyone have any costings available for intermediate care provision in extra care? I am particularly interested in specific items which need to be paid on a weekly/ monthly / annual basis.
