Semi independent locations

Hi everyone. I am thinking of setting up a semi independent in the next 1 year or so.

My main issue is location. How do I go about finding a location that is not saturated with providers. I am happy to set up in any part of the UK. Thanks

You'll need to research area's as though your looking for an independent provider, Google search is a good start.

Consult the local commissioners and also demand within the area.

Current rates are appalling and its very hard to be financially stable when you start the project.

We have been going 2 years and the numbers slide up and down and also your staffing and hours.
