Setting up supported living for young disabled adults

Has anyone set up a supported living house? I have a 6 bedroomed house that my partner owns next door to where we currently live and want to put my autistic 22 years old son in it together with other similar disabled young adults to share supported living. I've set up a care company to oversee care and have NVQ3 qualification and my son's care package is in the process of being agreed. I understand from CQC that I only need to register if I am carrying out personal care (which I'm not at present).
