Support Element of Supported Housing

Hello,

I am in the process of setting up a hostel for vulnerable people e.g. domestic violence, drug users etc.
I have been asked by the local council to provide a breakdown of the care/support that I will be providing for the residents.
For example, the residents will have support workers, who work with the residents providing support in applying for benefits, acquiring legal help, registering children with schools, gp's etc.
I just don't know what to charge as a hostel.
Can anyone please provide a break down of potential costs/services for residents. Local hostels to me charge around £140 - £170 per week per resident. This includes, housing and support.
