Supported Accomodation

I am looking to set up supported accommodation for Adults within the Birmingham area with LD. We are already CQC registered for Home Care Services, could anyone advise on the best way to move forward in this sector.

How much does Birmingham Council allocate for referrals etc, what is the requirement for properties etc

Any information would be very useful
