We work on a CQC service user project. We will launch our first sheltered housing at the end of 2017 for people with dementia.

We are also taking expressions of interest from partner landlords (sheltered housing) and domicillary care providers for supported living in London and Hertfordshire. The closing date is May 2017 to file an expression of interest.

Hi, I am looking to get into the supported home business.

unfortunately I have no great knowledge in this field and require someone with experience and information on how I could go around setting it up.

I am based in London, however I would also consider the surrounding counties.

As I am not trained or experienced in this field, ideally a partner with right experience could come onboard and guide me with legals.

Hi, I am interested in setting up a supported living as my son has learning disability and autism. I have been told he won't be considered his own home as it's costly. He will need 24 hour care and because he absconded a few times from his current supported living he's unlikely to agree on him living alone. They would rather look at shared care. Can you help me with advice please.
