Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust Draft Dementia Strategy

Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys (TEWV) NHS Foundation Trust provide a range of mental health, learning disability and eating disorders services around County Durham, the Tees Valley, Scarborough, Whitby, Ryedale, Harrogate, Hambleton and Richmondshire.

They have developed a draft dementia strategy which aims to support TEWV Foundation Trust to provide finest specialist care to support people with dementia who access the range of Trust services to live well, from early symptoms to end of life. To achieve this the Trust needs to ensure that it delivers services which are fit for purpose and that the services it delivers are excellent and are best practice within the scope of their service boundaries.
