Tender for Extra Care Housing Services – East Sussex

I just wanted to share this latest tender opportunity.

East Sussex County Council is offering providers the opportunity to bid in an Open Tender process for the provision of the extra care housing (care and support) service at:
~ Downlands Court (Peacehaven)
~ Margaret House (Uckfield).

This tender is being let in 1 lot and the successful provider will be contracted to provide services at both extra care facilities.

Contract Start: 13/3/2018
Contract End: 7/10/2019 with a possible extension of up to 24 months.
Value: £1,426,438

Tender Deadline: 12:00 hrs on 22/12/2017
