Tendering to select an RSL partner
Sunderland Social Services are seeking to further develop Extra Care across the City. Key to this process will be a tender process to select a Registered Social Landlord to work in Partnership will Social Services in these developments. We envisage that this process will involve European procurement. I would be grateful for contact, advice from anyone who has carried out a tender process similar to above.

1. Purchase of land or finished buildings is exempt from EU directive on procurement.
2. Re DH ECH Fund: Revenue funding isn't specified in the bidding guidance as we don't want to encourage this ! However, where revenue is for one year only and there is committed revenue funding from year 2 onwards, then an element of revenue might be agreed. Revenue will not be funded unless there is a commitment to ongoing funding from elsewhere.
