Universal access to emergency alarm facility in sheltered housing
I am aware that, because of the costs incurred in upgrading to digital alarm call systems, some housing providers are ceasing to provide this as an integral service in sheltered housing and leaving people who need the service to obtain an individual contract with an emergency call provider. Can I ask if anyone has encountered this and what the implications/outcomes for such a move?
