Updated definition of regulated activity

Hi
I am looking to introduce a chargeable servcie alongside existing supported housing services, such as assisted shopping, escorted travel to health appointments, respite cover for carers amongst other tasks. However, having seen the definition of 'regulated activity' has been redefined and now has a broader scope, such activities look like they may now become activities which require CQC registration. Can anyone offer any advice or guidance please?
