staff allocation and costing in Supported living scheme
Hi All, We are a small organisation aim to develop supported living project in Essex . I m stuck with best way to do staff allocation and develop a cost model to charge from the Local authority . As far as I am aware there should be minimum of waking or sleeping cover available in the service . If service users going to share the support (day and night)time how do we price the service per individual ? or as a whole service?
When it comes allocating a service charge ( upkeep of the property ,utilities ) how it can be incorporated to the service/care package?
