There will be a range of presentations and discussions focusing on:
- Leading commissioning approaches - hearing about the experience of commissioners leading the way - perhaps through their experience of Right to Control or their own commissioning strategies
- Provider insight - hearing about leading providers who have transformed their services to take on the personalisation agenda and how the commissioning process has supported their progress
- Market Management - understanding the role of commissioners in shaping the market ready for personalisation. With input from Community Catalysts, innovators in the developments of micro markets for personalisation.
Members of the co-production group for Think Local, Act Personal (TLAP) will talk about the Making it Real! agenda and how housing, care and support can take up this challenge.
