Description

This two day conference will focus on delivering, in partnership with other agencies, high quality services in different settings to meet the needs of older people.

With the current changes starting to be implemented the Government is certainly having a significant impact on the housing sector and the provision of older people's housing and support. Providers of services are currently faced with considerable public expenditure cuts. There are the effects of the new public health legislation to deal with and changes to regulation on how to offer support to tenants in their homes or in sheltered housing as well as the increasingly older population issues.

This conference will help you to plan, develop and manage housing choices for older people. Designed by experts the conference includes a mixture of keynote sessions and workshops providing you to take time out and think about how best to respond to the challenges facing your sector and how not to lose sight of what really matters - providing good quality housing and services to older people.

The two days will be interactive and offer the perfect opportunity to receive the information you really need to take back to your organisation and make a difference.
